ORA is an all-volunteer
based animal rescue organization that depends wholly on your donations to do its work.
We could not do it without you, so please give generously. There are
several ways you can donate: Credit card,
or fill out the mail-in form
(PDF or
HTML) and send in a cheque or
money order. The animals thank you.
How you can help:
- GIVE
what you can to help us rescue abused animals and those in danger of being euthanized in high-kill shelters.
- SHARE
and FORWARD
this message to your family and friends who are familiar with ORA so
that they can help as well.
- SPONSOR
one or more rescued animals, especially those that may not be
adoptable, see our sponsorship page.
- FOSTER
one or more of the cats and dogs for ORA , while they are waiting for their
forever home. See the our Foster Home page

- ADOPT
one or more of ORA's cats and/or dogs and give it a forever loving home year-round.

We have several major needs where you
can help such as:
- urgent dental surgeries for cats
- vaccinations, deworming and sterilization for newly
rescued cats and dogs
- ongoing care for old and special needs animals who
may be unadoptable and need a home for life
- the usual weekly expenses for
pet food and supplies for over 130 animals in ORA's care at
any given time
